TMF Blacklist - Tickling Discussion.

This one didn't really come as much of a surprise to me. Compared to General Discussion's 25 locked threads (minus a handful of "useless locks"), our Tickling Discussion came in first place with a grand total of 43 locked threads over a sub-forum containing 708 pages of threads (as of January 22nd 2009).

I'm chalking most of these up to getting used to a moderated forum. Although, some of them wholly deserved to be locked.
