TMF website functionality?

I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing similar issues to me. However, to name a few, I am unable to:

- Upload any new pictures
- Edit details on my account

There seems to be other options here and there, that cannot be accessed/clicked…

Has anyone else come across this? And could anyone point me in the right direction as to who I should contact regarding this?

We have shifted to using https as of last night, because it's becoming so much the standard. You may notice glitches caused by insecure links - for example, images in people's signatures. Please report those to me when you see them, and we'll start making the necessary tweaks and adjustments.

Hmm, now I'm seeing glitches - The bar above the quick reply box that would have had font options and attachment options is gone for me, and the "manage attachments" window won't open for me.

Are other people seeing that?

We can roll the https back easily, if it turns out it made things worse.

My original plan was to wait until we update the entire forum sometime next year, and I may have to go back to that idea if this made things less functional.

Yes, the forced https redirect is a problem. You can't login at the top of a page unless the page is unsecure. I would recommend rolling back until all elements are secure.

We're definitely going to roll it back as soon as possible. We're just waiting for our webmaster HDS, who is in a different time zone, to have a chance to get to it. It will definitely be sometime today, just not sure exactly when.

ok, I think we have it fixed.

I had to clear my browser data to reset it back to normal. But it is fixed. So if the problem persists, clear your browser data and try again and it should start working normally.

I wondered as soon as I heard this was one of the points of failure if there is a hardcoded insecure form submission when one logs in. vBulletin 4 was made so long ago that it has strange surprises which pop up when its peace is disturbed ...

We have not tried again. I'll need a few days free of work to dig around before risking breaking anything again.
