To The Male Ticklees

I was wondering.I have seen a devise used on women.It has a pointed,looks like metal,end and I'm not sure if it vibrates.For any of you male lees,has anyone used it on your feet or between the legs(on the tip of the head or at the base of it)and how does it feel?
