There is a true story in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette from Friday July 16th 2004. A 21 year old guy went around toe licking females/girls without their consent. He must have been extremely horny and brave to do this, and got caught and is facing criminal charges. If anyone seen, heard of, or read this and has a comment i would like to hear and see responces.
