i doubt it, but then again you never know, I guess it'd depend on how ticklish the person is. From my personal experiences tongues don't tickle too much I'd tickled several girls feet with my tongue and it didn't do as much as my fingers can, and I've had my feet tickled with tongues, i find tongues tickle most on the tops of the toes and in between the toes, they do kind of tickle a bit on the soles but not a lot. thats what I've noticed about tickling feet with the tongue. When it comes to using my tongue I don't usually aim to tickle, I like to try to make it feel good. but I would like to find a pair of soles that'd go crazy when I slide my tongue from heel to toe, that'd be a big time turn on.

i forgot to mention that I don't have a tongue stud but I still don't think having one would tickle more.
