Great clip, but

Tonya's tickle tale is a great video; and the clip is good, but I believe that TC doesn't want it to be distributed by someone not in their company...

I was under the impression that it was ok to offer the clips as long as they are public clips that TC had released in the past and not clips from their members area. Is that right?

I don't know about the legal side to it, but once a company releases a free clip over the internet, they shouldn't be expecting to be able to control its distribution.

Its like AOL releasing a free CD: they have no control over where it goes, but a clip is basically an advert to show off the full product, so it shouldn't really bother TC anyway.

its perfectly fine to show our "advertisement preview clips" to your friends. it always has been. but sharing any other kind of clip besides the ones we created for advertisement purposes is illegal and a copyright infringement. but this current TTT clip is fine. its the clip that we made for the sole purpose of showing what the video is about. 🙂
