I'd actually be inclined to agree with yours, minus the humiliation part. Although whether it's a 'fetish' or just something I really like I'm not sure...

I'm not sure which is more appealling to me in the end; domination/submission or straight out pain, but those're easily my top two. It's thrilling to no end to be broken, but at the same time a shot of pain gives me a huge jolt.

My top fetish has got to be feet tickling. Since before I can remember, the idea of tickling a pretty girl’s feet has always been my mainstay fetish. I have to say, im glad that this subject has come up. It's nice to hear that were all in to diffrent things besides tickling. One fetish that not many people talk about hear is foot smelling. I don't think many here are into this sort of thing. But it is a close second of a fetish for me besides tickling. Many people think of foot smelling as dirty and unsanitary.
