Major Jones and Specialist Smith are back for more military tickling hijinks. After their run in with the beautiful Russian spy, they are transfered to a covert unit that is rooting out subversives. They have captured a neo-hippi chick and are questioning her about her "gang." She refuses to answer, so they use their tactile ways to make her voluable. Soon, the poor hippi-girl is laughing herself silly. The two military girls are ruthless, but she still won't talk. They take a break, and then the hippi-girl acts. Her capture was simplya ploy to get access to the militaries records. She has slipped in a small tank of nitrous oxide, and has turned the gas on, letting the two soldier girls get a good dose. Soon, both are laughing and dancinga round, once again the victims of happy gas. They can't seem to keep their hands off one another, and the hippi-chick joins in with them, until the two girls pass out, unable to handle the gas like the hippi girl. When they wake up, they are now at her hands, and it's her turn to use some tickling to make them talk.
