I'm honestly not 100% certain on that. It's how it turned up on a BDSM newsgroup I occasionally plunder. Inceidentally: Something I'm finding interesting is that it appears these rough n' tuff places like TopGrl and HardTied are beginning to nearly always feature at least a moment or two of tickling or bastinado in their features. I don't frequent the actual sites, but perhaps there are enough aficionados amongst their audience to warrant the inclusion. Thanks, Ryuk. It's actually rather tedious grabbing the screengrabs and then modifying them into jpegs to post up to the board, so it's great to hear that at least afew viewers are enjoying them.
