Topher's Tickling?

There used to be a good site called Topher's Tickling Dreambook, where people could put up profiles - anyone knows why it closed down, or whether anything on the web has sprung up to take its place?

I believe that site were abandoned, that site were a personal site, i visted that site in 2001, 2002 but it were discontinued.
