If a wealthy person, or group of people were able to legally gain access to the vast majority of all tickling videos produced over the years, and post them on a website, and continue to provide new clips from various sources. How much would you be willing to pay monthly to have full access to the clips?

There could be other features of course too. Tickling forum, perhaps live cams of models to answer questions on the weekends or something.

You pay a monthly bill, and have full access to every video and can download them. If I had the resources I'd do it and post them for free just to help increase the acceptance of the tickling fetish.

Because they are greedy and want even more. There would have some sort of stipulation, just like Beckers said, or they wouldn't offer a service of any kind in the first place.

They would want money so they don't lose tens of thousands up towards a hundred thousand. The money they got from users would be to break even or even take a small loss. Not only would the legal rights to the clips cost a bunch of money but a decent website usually costs over 10,000 to have put up, and the cost of the bandwidth of thousands of people downloading movies. That can add up to a huge amount very quickly.

In this hypothetical scenario, the producers of these studios would be getting more money than they are making now.

They're not getting ripped off at all, The wealthy party here would rush money through their asshole and 'buy them out', basically.
