I would make that a definite tickle not just a possible one. It looks to me like her feet are soft, smooth, petite and hopefully nice and ticklish.
 
That is an awesome find!!Kudos!! If I knew footage ( no pun intended) like this was on it, I wouldn't knock these shows so much!
