What is something new you would suggest others to try?
I officially started a new hobby today. NO, it's not that, you perv. That's not new.. err.. I mean, no, I would never do THAT! I started playing Magic the Gathering. Yeah, I know, it's totally nerdy in every way, but I figured it would be a great way to meet the people in the area I've just moved to. I honestly didn't have many expectations for my first tournament. I placed 14th.. WOOT... (out of 14). Nonetheless, I had alot of fun with it and I think I may continue playing.

I tried collecting tramp stamps, but they complained when I licked them and put them in my book.... Taking singing lessons or learning(relearning) to play a musical instrument can be fun ( no hits on my youtube debut yet, though). An exercise/dance class or taking tennis/golf etc lessons is a good way to meet people and get that negative calorie thang going. Collecting anything can be interesting(maybe something you started collecting back in the day) as long as you don't aspire to someday be on the Antiques Roadshow. Many colleges have "evening at Local U." classes in dancing, real estate, antiques, you name it.

Turns out having boobs gives you free cards at tourneys. I walked away from the tourney yesterday with a enough to make 3 pretty epic decks. My cost? Nothing.

I haven't played since Weatherlight in '98. The cards these days are too damn powerful and need too many fucking counters. I figured when the time came that a Lord of the Pit (7/7) or Wrath of God card were useless that it was time to pack it in.
