Trying to remember an old story - girl trapped in log?

Hi folks, I’m hoping someone might remember a story I read a very long time ago and have little memory of. It involved a girl running in a forest, maybe greedily looking for gold coins? At one point, she sees something in an old, hollowed out log and goes inside to get it, but gets trapped - and conveniently, one of the holes in the log makes her ripe for tickling.

The story was long, it was 30 pages in word when I wrote it. It’s always been available that way so if you wouldn’t have downloaded it back then, it’s probably not the story you’re looking for.

Kathleen was sleeping soundly when she was awaken by the sensation of her lover's long red finger nails dancing playfully in her outstretched under arms.
"Wake up. Sleepy little tickle slave........." Mistress Kalia sang sweetly despite the meanness of her wake-up call. "Time to rise and shine."
But Kathy couldn't get up; she had been tied spread-eagle across the bed all night. And the leather mask covering her face reduced her loud cries of laughter to a low muffled...
