Wednesday of "The Western Channel" of cable tv there is the Fighting Vigilantes (with a follow-up the following week).

The hero is outside and hears roaring laughter and
pleading from inside a cabin. His sidekick has a
villain tied up (hands behind back) and is tickling
his the shit out of his socked foot with his fingers.
Nice reactions from the victim as he spills his guts.
