Basically, the kids are transported via a magic book to a medieval time, and the host of the show (Alison) is dressed up as a knight. She then battles a knight from the land of "tickledom" with feathers.
After the animated book section, it shows her on the ground with her boot off, and the knight is holding her bare foot and tickling it with a feather while she is trying to talk about the story. It has a nice closeup of the foot being tickled with the feather. Eventually, the kids save her by closing the book. (there are no other tickle scenes after this).
The tickling reactions itself are obviously fake. Still, it was my main introduction to tickle fetishism and really the start of my sexual awakening in my early teens.
