two females tickled through shoes in a mysterious garden? mainstream clip

i remeber seeing a clip of two female characters in a scene where one walk in to this garden or hole or something and starts giggling unexplainably - her friend asks whats wrong and she says not to go any further because its tickling her - but her friend inevitably goes further and they are both their giggling away as whatever it is tickles their feet through their boots

anyone know what i am talking about? its some sort of mainstream fantasy programme i think - not a toon tho - the sort of thing amanda bynes or melissa joan hart would be in but i cant remember the exact names of the characters

anybody help?

thats the one, thanks dude - i did a search but couldnt really work out what words to use as keywords lol hence my confuzzled description of the scene - but you obviously knew what i meant, cheers!
