I believe it started on this site. One of the video producers made mention that the Tyra Banks show was going to have a show about fetishes, including tickling. What happened to this and the person that was to be selected as an audience representitive of the tickling community.

Just keep checking tyrashow.warnerbros.com until you see the day the show will air. The show has already been taped, but it's possible that they have chosen not to air it. They don't have to air every show they tape.
