I have to admit alot of confusion, here. :umm:

Is he supposed to be a fireman in that outfit?

What are he and the nurse doing to that poor woman?

It looks like he's spraying baby-oil on her in a pic, and others, it looks like some sort of ointment or maybe soap?

Why did they cover her breats in it and then scrub them with that long-handled brush?
