Step one is that you need someplace to upload the picture to that you can link to. This might be on a server, or perhaps the personal webspace that came with your internet account. Put the picture in the webspace and note the url.
Come here and start a new thread. Give it a descriptive meaningfull title.
Then all you need to do is place the url between a set of tags that look like this: {img}your images url here{/img} only use the [ ] brackets.
