I've been asked a lot about my techniques, so I'll let you in on my favorite position (for tickling that is). I say I invented it because I've never seen it done by anyone else. I've been doing it about 15 years, so if someone thought of it first, then I'll give credit where it's due.
The position is so simple, involving no bondage of any type, yet it renders feet totally helpless and is virtually inescapable. Use a sitting chair (not one that rolls or tilts - just a plain old 4 legged chair with arms). The gal kneels in the chair with her knees all the way against the back, she kneels straight up (as if she were standing) and holds the back of the chair with her hands (like kneeling in a church pew). Then while your giving her a rub or reflexology session and discover she's ticklish, you simply stand up and sit down in the chair on her legs with your back to hers. I tell them that this keeps the chair from tipping over - safety first!
Her feet will be sticking out under your crotch (doesn't sound very honorable, but keep in mind the gal can't see her feet and can't really form a mental picture of what it looks like). You then tickle away to your heart's content as she laughs and flails around. She can't come close to reaching her feet and will often retaliate by reaching behind her to tickle your ribs to get you off, which can lead to some nice play fights! The arms on the chair are important, since they keep the legs from sliding off the sides and prompting escape.
I love playing games like having them recite the alphabet without cracking up or seeing how long they can hold their breath as I count really slow out loud. I did this to a file clerk who worked outside of a room with a cypher lock door. I faced her in the chair away from the door and sat on her legs so I could reach the keypad, then tickled her until she told be the code.
I'm also a big stocking foot fan, so once I meet a gal I will contuously strike up conversations with her for days or weeks until she has on the types of shoes and stocking I prefer. Finding a gal with super high heels at the end of the day is the best time to work the footrub angle.
