here's a question for you all:
do you feel that an up-stroke on the soles ( toward the toes ) gets a better response or a down-stroke ( toward the heel )???
same for the underarms ( toward the upper arm instead of down toward the sides )???
i've found the up-strokes get the best reactions...esp under the arms...i'd like to hear from the 'lees on this too...thanks.........
