Update all clips ever posted on Tickle Theater

Here is the last version of the list with links to every tickling clip ever posted on the forum. Sorry for those who collect animations. Those are not listed.

There are 7 new pages of clips added to the list during last month. I gave the additions a different colour, so you can look immediately what is new. Old links are in blue, new links are in pink.
Some links to older clips were corrected.

A few posts of clips seem to be vanished, like the clips "dscn0099" and "dscn0109" on http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=2774.
Also in the list there is a link to the clip "st2" on http://www.tickletheater.com/showthread.php?t=258, but I can't find any thread there anymore. Did I make a mistake, or has the thread been removed?
