Valentine's day is approaching and I don't have a valentine 😛 So i'm probobly going to do what I did last year... get drunk and go find one. I'll probobly break my diet and eat some chocolate too 😀 .
So what do you guys have planned for the day of love and passion? Or if you're like me and single what did you do special on this day for that ex that didn't deserve it😀

Bah, unfortunatley, do to a problem to my car, I am unable to go up to see my girl for two weeks.. 🙁 It sucks..really bad. I wanna be up there..but my car just was in an accident so i was warned not to travel far distances to make sure nothing else breaks on it. yesterday front axle broke..grr..and i have so much put into this car. Id rather see her than sit here..but life is giving me the big F.U! Im really upset about this.

I'm lonely this Valentine's Day. To be honest, I've never had a Valentine. That's what happens when you live in the closet and don't allow yourself happiness.

I'm now on a different road, and ready for love when I find it. "Hey Mr. Right...where are ya?"

As for this Valentine's day, I took the day off work. I plan on sleeping in. Then hitting the gym, and going for a walk. Then, out for lunch and a shopping spree. Spend my money on the one I love the most right now. Me.

Planned? Nothing. The only thing Valentine's Day brings to HDS is a nice little break from many couples, who are out flirting or whatever it is couples do on Valentines Day. I treat it like any other day.

Valentine's Day, like most other commercial "holidays," is a ploy by greeting card and gift companies to pressure people to buy unnecessary candy, flowers, cards, and jewelry. I feel bad for single people who are pushed aside or made to feel inadequate, but on the bright side, at least nobody will try to make you feel guilty for not buying them expensive stuff. (Even though married, I personally ignore V-Day and treat it like any other day.)

that is the only way to live HB. i have a wonderful gf... but i didnt go with the flowers, candy, chocholate crap. i got her passes to an anime convention for the two of us in april. i think it isnt just about what you get but the thought... it sounds cheesy i know. but to me i just love to see her face light up every time i see her and the happiness we bring each other. i would be much dismayed if i ever took my girl for granted... I've always liked Valentines day... even though I've never had anyone to celebrate it with. I dunno.... I mean yeah, its the flower and card companies day to get everybody's money... but I dunno, I think its nice to have a day where you go and buy flowers and stuff for your girlfriend. I'll be honest. I looked horrible, and felt horrible before. No one would love me, because I didn't love myself.

Now I look better, I feel better, and am a more secure person.

I've learned to love myself, and enjoy my own company.

When love comes (I know it will) I will be ready for it, and enjoy every minute of it.

I have my eye on one guy. He thinks we're "just friends", but he's commented about the physical and mental changes I've made for myself.

Waiting to see if he will realize who is waiting in front of him, and what magic can happen......😉

If not, there will ALWAYS be another guy.....😉

Very true. However, I think you're going about this the wrong way. Remember: After the 14th...ALL CANDY 50% OFF!!!!
Now all the stores are forced to liquidate their inventory. So, even if it IS a tacked on corporate ploy, come the 15th, I shall get my revenge!!! 😀
