vanessa minnillo (former mtv and entertainment tonight host) looks pretty good in these photos. nick lachey certainly didn't downgrade after his divorce from jessica simpson. if anything he may have upgraded. he got a good chunk of jessica's money, doesn't have to listen to her anymore and now gets to spend quality time with vanessa.
