Nursing students Hillary and Vanessa have an exam in a couple of days on the coronary and respiratory systems and they are having trouble with diagnosing and treating signs of heart irregularities and hyperventilation. So they hit on the idea of tickle torture to simulate the symptoms in each other. Now its Vanessa's turn. Hillary puts her out, restrains her hand and foot on the gurney and then proceeds to pull her boot off and cut off her stocking. She tortures Vanessa with the possibility of tickling before actually doing it to get her heart rate up. Then she engages in furious foot and some upper body tickle torture. She measures Vanessa's heart rate and finds it so high she must administer oxygen so that she does not hyperventilate. The preview clip shows all of this. Med tickle fans will love this one!
