Actually I was thinking death from tickling would be from blood vessels rupture, lack of oxygen and possibly heart failure, diaphagm collapse, neural breakdown.

I am deeply sick.

I dont think tickling to death could occur. I think it would be a lack of oxygen that leads to the victim passing out...but after that happens of course the tickling would have no effect.
Of course I suppose it's possible for someone who was not in good health to strain so much that they had a heart attack...but in that case cariac arrest would be listed as the cause 😛

Tickling to death is a definate reality as I almost did it to my wife. Mind you, she has a slight asthma condition (not really bad) but I tickled her so hard and for so long that her throat actually closed up and she couldn't inhale. She had an episode like that due to a similar stress on her lungs when she was little and she was pronounced DOA when she got to the hospital. She said it was a miracle that she was able to be revived after they worked on her. This ain't fiction, kids. tickling to death can happen. Of course I have never taken her to that limit since.

And consider this: some [lucky? unlucky?] ppl DO die from sexual strain... So, prolonged or hard tickling on a really ticklish victim might lead to decease.

Of course tickling isn't the direct cause, strictly speaking.

It's just like a victim stabbed or shot dying from blood loss. Large bleeding cavities lead to sharp pressure loss and therefore to lack of oxygene to tissues and organs.

The stabbing or the shoting isn't the direct decease cause, yet they lead to the state.
