Video clips not playing from TMF Video/Audio section

I'm getting this "Browse" box next to "open," which I never got before. Before today, I just click the clip link, and my Windows Media Player (or RealPlayer now and then) would open and play the clip.

Are they the same clip format as you've used before?

I have a feeling I worded that like a schmo. So let me know if you get what I'm sayin'.

is it asking you to find a place to download the clip to? if so then its set to download upon clicking, what browser do you use? Im sure you can set what happens when you click a downloadable file as a default action.
