Anime: Asuna and Lizbeth from Sword Art Online

Video games: (sooo many, but heres just a few) Harley Quinn from Arkham City (soo playful), Zero Suit Samus from Super Smash Bros (rubber suit, smoking hot with ridiculous curves), Felicia from Darkstalkers (very hot, playful like a kitty, and has the longest and sharpest nails, or claws I guess, I've seen!!)

As I said those are just a few that stand out to me, but I would let just about any cute girl tickle me x)
