my fav system is sega genesis/ sega cd and neo geo pocket color(oh brings back dear memories)

they all suck apart from ps2, espescially xbox (too expensive, overhyped, no good games) and gamecube (kiddy console, most violent game involves picking plants from the ground and fighting angry monsters with them)

PS2 hasn't come up with anything new for games. All they have is remade PS1 games.
Wait until this winter for all the new X-Box games to come out, then you'll see some impressive games.
As far as the Gamecube only having kiddy games: check out 'Eternal Darkness: Sanities Requiem' and the remake of the original 'Resident Evil', plus 'Resident Evil 0' will only be on the Gamecube.
The PS2 is underpowered and costs just as much as the X-Box.

The X-Box cost $299 when it came out. The same price as the PS2 at the time.
Ok, lets talk about games. When was the last time that the PS2 had a truely original game come out? Answer, NEVER!!! All the big selling games for the PS2 are remakes of PS1 games. Where's the originallity?

Sega CD was badass. I remember my friend and I would stay up all hours of the night trying to beat Eternal Champions CD on the hardest difficulty levels. That brings back memories! That, and playing the Lunar games. I never did beat Lunar: the Silver Star...

OK, you got me on that one. But what is the HD pack you spoke of. I tried doing a web search about it, but all I could find was stuff about the Half Life HD pack which upgrades the graphics for the game to a higher resolution than on the PC version.

From what I played of Lunar: the Silver Star, the game was pretty cool. I never had enough time on my hands to play all the way through it, though, which was frustrating, because it belonged to my friend, and he would not let me see any of the storyline from Lunar: Eternal Blue, until I beat the Silver Star. I was going to buy the remake for the Playstation, but I always thought it a bit expensive, and now it's probably too late, since it was a limited edition game. Oh well, if I ever get the cash, I guess I'll start checking eBay.

Perhaps, but EB is notorious for selling used games at prices close to brand-new. Not to mention the fact that EB is nowhere near me, anyway. We DO have Babbage's, however. I haven't been to the mall in ages. It's kinda hard when you've got a mortgage, two car payments, and a Great Dane to take care of. Sooner or later, I'll acquire a copy.
the hard disk and modem pack is coming out for the ps2 sometime. i don't know how big the hard disk is but the modem is 56k and they will come bundled with the ps2 for £200, dunno what that is in dollars. the PAL version should be out for xmas, and will really piss on the xbox with games like red faction 2 and gta4.

Thus, Kores has the highest ratio of PCs to population in the world, not to mention greatest % of users on broadband. So, don't look for help from that country.
