Ok, I was thinking of starting my own tickle video company. I was just wondering if there were any laws/rules i needed to know? Heres what i have gathered so far:

1) Need a PO Box

2) I need to file with the federal government that all girls are of age.

3) I should have a lawer dealing with the area of adult entertainment.

4) I can't have bondage AND sex at the same time (well, i wasn't really planning on it....)


Are there any other guidelines i should know about? Any Laws that i'm missing? Or anything in general i should know?

Interesting, I never new #4 was a law. I would think that #2 and #3 would only apply if you were planning on full or partial nudity. But I'm probably wrong there, too. Perhaps one of the reputable producers of videos that frequent the TMF could answer this question. Jeff? Bella? DVNC?

#1. Yes.

#2. Comply with US. 2257. Pretty simple really. Just make sure you have 2 forms of photo ID along with a signed model release. No need to register anywhere, but be prepared in case they would ever request proof.

#3. Comply with #2 above and you shouldn't need a lawyer. It may be illegal to distribute pornography in your state, but keep quiet adn all should be well.

#4. You are correct, if you are distributing it in the US.

You cant have sex and bondage at the same time in a video because its considered rape.

Its kind of a buzz kill but i can see where theyre coming from with it.

1. Get some web space (you won't need to spend much at first). Learn how to ftp with ws_ftp from ipswitch.com.

2. Learn some HTML.

3. Figure out how to encode video for the web / edit for video tape/cd. (Free windows media encoder with an IEEE-1394 card and a digital camera will work).

4. Contact ibill.com or paypal.com for item sales, or ccbill.com/ibill.com for recurring billing. (many other options here)
