Where in Virginia are you? It's a big state, and there are lots of colleges... if you're looking for a male 'ler, you'll need to be a bit more specific, such as "I'm in northern Virginia near DC" or "I'm at a school near I-95 near the NC border" or something like that.

OK. My first reaction: I can't respond since I am a perv. Then I said, what a minute, all of of us ticklefiends are pervs. It is what we are! Then I realized that the only ones of us who do not realize we are pervs, are in fact the biggest pervs and the ones you need to worry about.
