Today I was watching Jean Renoir's The Rules of the Game (La Regle du Jeu) and was gratified to find that a film considered one of the greatest of all time contains a little M/F tickle scene. The director himself, playing the older gentleman Octave, chases Paulette Dubost's maid character around a room and gets her at the waist a couple times.

As a side note, I remembered that in Renoir's other masterpiece, Grand Illusion/La Grande Illusion, the (male) hero gets accidentally foot tickled. Too much to think that Renoir might have been "one of us"?
