WARNING!!: Harmony Concepts Photo Vault

Hey all,

Thought I would give a little heads up about an experience I've been having with Harmony Concepts.

I joined their site:

about two months ago. It was ok for content, nothing spectacular.

However, to cancel - you have to send them an email. Which I did. About a week later I recieved a message saying that my membership was cancelled. Fine.

Now, I guess due to Christmas shopping I didn't notice that on the next months bill I was still being charged. However, the second time I did. So I sent a message asking why I had been charged twice after recieving a cancellation message (which I included).

No Reply.

A week later, I sent a follow up message.

No reply.

And now, after another week, I've sent a third message which I assume is going to get answered as quickly as the first two.

Anyway, that has been my experience so far.

Be wary if you have ever considered checking them out.

I should hope if the owner if this website is on this forum he/she would address this thread quickly. I hope your situation gets rectified Koko, if it does please provide an update, if not the word will be spread. BTW, have you tried contacting their payment processor? You shouldn't have too, but it might expedite the process of cancellation.

Also cancel the CC if the charges keep coming and dispute the charges that you did not authorize.

Hmm...just replied to this but it disappeared...

Anyway, yes, there was a number on my credit card bill, but it did not work. I'm probably going to have to call my card company and see if they can stop these people from charging me.....

I suggest cancel the card all together and then dispute the charges you did not authorize. Trust me it is the best and really only option at this point to limit your losses. I wen through something similar but it was unrelated to tickling content. Still I know from experience that this is the best option.
