Spam will often come to put up meaningless offers to see who will think of going there to see what they have. I don't trust it because spammers could have a virus.
Even if you send a report about someone spamming like that, it's practically not needed, for it will be noticed by the Admins.

The forum recently added an anti-spam measure, but it has apparently been circumvented already.
Edit: Did any of you notice that the forum hangs when you try to send a bad-post report, or was there a different problem with the feature?
