That depends. If you gently roll it across the skin (which is what your supposed to do) then the sensation is almost comparable to having an ostrich feather boa fluffed gently against your private areas. However, if you press the needles of the wheel to hard then yeah, your gonna piece the skin (never a good thing to do in my own little humble opinion).
