Was the thread 'Issues in the Chat that needs to be adressed' deleted?

I went to read this thread this evening, but could not find it.

Was it intentionally deleted and if so, why?

This goes out to everyone who thinks I'm a bitch:

men generalize about women all the time... how many times have you heard the words "I swear, all women are crazy" or "shes being a bitch because shes PMSing"... I mean it couldnt possibly be the guys fault... and people seem to keep forgetting that I did say at the end of my first post that there are exceptions to everything I've said... Not all men are scum. The part where I talked about singling out the guys was that even with the best intentions, YOU NEED TO CHECK PROFILES! Guys have admitted me to that they never do... I dont really know what else to say to all of you. I'm not going in the chat anymore so I guess that means y'all won. I'm not on yahoo anymore... so I guess that means y'all won... and I probably wont post here much anymore (not like I was a huge member of the community or anything but I dont see me posting at all) and I dont know if theres an option but I will probably turn off my PMs.... because thats gonna solve it all... right guys?

It was deleted, and frankly it was long overdue. That thread had become a useless and seemingly endless round of sniping and finger pointing.
I wasn't the one who deleted it, but I wish I had been to be honest.

Thank you to the person who deleted the post. In my honest opinion, it was causing a lot of tension in the TMF community and needed to be taken down.

I have to agree with cos, Jeff, and Penny on this one. While I admit making a few comments in that thread, it is probably best that it was deleted, because many people, including me, were upset by that thread, and it was causing un needed friction that neither the site nor chat needs as a whole. Issues like the ones posted in that thread should probably be discussed privately in PM or off the site. Personally, I am glad the thread is gone, and I think it is best for the site as a whole. Thank you to the person who deleted it.
