The website that hosted that picture was called Total-bliss. It was online in the very early 2000s and went down some time after. I do not know who hosted the site, but it mostly contained pictures of the ler in that picture, and almost exclusively of her bare feet. There is a tickle session between those two girls and a few pictures from that. The only other media that site had was some news on tickling and a few other things but I dont think there was a clip. This is from when the internet was fairly young and clips were not common.

If a clip exists I dont know about it, at least, but i do remember the site.
