Hello, I just moved into the city for the summer for physical training and an internship between college semesters and was wondering what the scene was like out here. Any girls in the area? I no longer live in the DC area, but you are in luck!
There's a great tickling group out there which gets
together regularly (Thanks to Pam & Rodney when
I was there, and now Spenser & M seem to have
picked it up) and there's also the Black Rose, one of
the large and active bdsm groups this country has,
which has a good amount of members your age, and
a TNG (- the next generation, under 35) group.

Taking part in those groups is a great way for you
to get to meet a lot of interesting people.

Tethers N Feathers has a sub-forum here, and you
can PM the folks there for more info, although they
do list party info. I'd google Black Rose for their info.
