I've bumped into that before, and I want to know what the hell it is in the worst way. It seems to be some kind of children's show?? But whoever it is, they can't possibly have permission to use those characters officially, so it's presumably not a "real" show, meaning something owned by a large corporation who intend to profit off of it.

So who is making it? And for whom? And what is the target demographic?
