I'm sure there are plenty of web sites that cater to BDSM discussions. Fetlife comes to mind, but I'm sure a Google search will yield much more. Good luck.

You can discuss them here, or probably in tickling discussion without getting an objection depending on how intense the topic is. 🙂

Just make sure that your subject line accurately lets people know what the content will be.
