Just because you stay home doesn't mean you have no social life. I'm staying home simply because everyone is coming to my place to party. I'm probably going to go out tomorrow to pickup some tarp to cover my carpets...haha 😉
I might get some sliders(oysters) to eat because that is an old tradition that is supposed to bring you luck in the New Year. On top of that I like them and I will usher in the New Year by watching all the celebrations from around the world on TV.

i worked in restaurants too, so all "off " usual days were damn. Fortunately i am doing something more reposing now.......Hey that is not an answer, so it depends of my mood but admit that usually it is a big party indeed 🙂 with hard tomorrows ( often ) LOL
