Anne Hathaway was tickled in the movie "Love & Other Drugs", and I think she confirmed it in an interview for the movie "Get Smart".
Sandra Bullock. Channing Tatum, in an interview for The Lost City, said, "Sandra does really not like being tickled, she gets violent". Sandra was sitting next to him when he said it and didn't dispute it.
Wendi McLendon-Covey (Not confirmed, but heavily implied). In a behind-the-scenes segment for The Goldbergs, Wendi McLendon-Covey basically confirms she's ticklish. Barry's feet are being tickled, and he has no reaction to it. She says, "I don't know how you can stand that. I'm getting phantom tickles in my own feet".
