I'm wondering the same thing...

Seems I went from air conditioning to turning the heat on within 3 days. Tonight we are supposed to have an overnight low of 36. Brrrrrr Too early for those kinda numbers! Guess we should prepare for another long winter. I think this is how last winter started. 🙁

Oh don't be such a wimp! lol It's cooler than that here in CT. It's not winter until there's snow! Just put on a light coat and enjoy the lack of heatwave. And remember....come March we'll be saying oh thank goodness we have a warm 45 degree day! 😛

The fires sound awesome. I wish I had a fireplace.

As for the turkey, I now have a roommate and a honey to share it with. I have already made a turkey this fall. It was yummy.

Bah. I agree with Ann, it isn't Winter until it snows. (Speaking of which, supposedly the Farmers Almanac says it's going to be a snowy winter.)

Wow. The USA has been in the cold for quite some time during this year, eh? I hate drastic climate changes. Happened in London recently (though not as drastic as yours) and I ended up with a bad cold. That said, I still think Autumn sucks.

We have summer for 359 days a year here. The other six days are divided between hurricanes in September and ice storms that swoop down in late February. LOL

Autumn, so nice though. Too bad they didn't buy any for the Southern market. 😉
