My wife has known for quite some time and her only reaction was that it was no different than being into breasts or whatever and at least I didn't want to cause her pain! 😀 By now I've perverted, er, converted her to the point that she enjoys the intimate part of tickling almost as much as me!

I also recently went public with a female friend with whom I've had several (non-sexual) tickling incidents. It got a big laugh and the next time we saw each other in person it got me tickled a lot! LOL! She also kept sliping in tickoing references when other people were around...I think just to tease me a bit...but she's been very god natured about it!

I seperate the two because to me there is an intimate act of tickling with the person I love and there is a fun/playful act with the person I love and others...the others do not create the same feelings to me but can be just as fun!

friends reaction

my best friend came by, as i was leaving for a local gathering. i told him where i was going. he said oh. kind of not knowing what to say. since then he has started to tickle also! he's always trying to tickle my wife. we talk about tickling all the time.
one thing i've never been able to understand, how can a ticklphile marry a person with out that person knowing? don't they ever tickle during dating? every, and i mean every girl/woman i ever dated found out on the first date that i had a thing for tickling! how can you hid something like that? personally i would be hurt if my spouse had hid something like that from me. it's not being honest, to them, or yourself.

it depends on the person... most of the people i told just kinda smiled and then that usually gets followed by 'im extremely ticklish' or 'im really ticklish but i hate being tickled'... it all depends on the person... ive gotten ppl into it though 😀

I had a good friend who discovered my love of tickling and thought I was nuts. She had suspected that I'd been keeping something from her. But, when I told her what it was, she about flipped. While part of that was because she'd seen my fear of it, I think it was also a bit of jealousy. Hers has been the only negative reaction so far. Others have been pretty cool about it.
