What is ACSW ?
I was in the TMF temporary Yahoo Room; had a PM going with another member (we were, in fact, trying to patch up some bad feelings, which made this problem hit worse) and then,,,,
Right at the worst possible time, Yahoo Chat went to pot on me. It wouldn't even re-load.
Being the real smart experienced windoze user that I am, I knew the thing to do; close all apps and power down. (If I were truly smart, perhaps I would schedule that action three times a day; but hey, back to the question.)
Task manager stopped the shut-down process with a message about some piece of code not responding. I've never heard of it. The blurb-window looked something like this...

ACSW-12345-67890
This application is not responding
etc. etc.

It's late at night as I write this and I may have the letters wrong, and I'm positive the digits are wrong; but it was something close to that. After reboot I searched for the file, and could not find it.
Questions:
-1- What is this progam ?
-2- Are these two events related ?
