What is an "flv" file?

Its something runs with flash as far as this muddle mind can comprehend!

Its the way vids are encoded at YouTube and you need a special player for it.

And I can't find the file on my computer!

Can someone help out here?

I'm pretty sure I have all those players, and none of mine will handle an flv file. Which one is the right one?

i have a remedy for this just go to google and search for riva flv player
its jst some 3mb u can view the flv files in this player.

I just started posting the .flv files that are now converted to mpeg.
