Bondage is an art........
Keeping somebody tied down can be very dangerous and painful, if not done properly. There is some very good bondage equipment on the market, and some very flimsy stuff too. I made my own out of leather, webbing, hardware, rivets, and plenty of padding. It needed a few modifications at first, but worked quite well. Unfortunately some of the major parts got damaged in a flood a few years ago. The nice thing about it was my ticklee felt no discomfort or pain. Pain is the last thing a tickler wants his ticklee to experience. Unwanted pain is not only cruel and sick, it will interfer with the tickle sensations. Pain must be avoided at all costs, so pick your bondage equipment and techniques wisely.

Bondage is the art of physical restraint . It involves having a partner (or several) to bind, and something to do it with.
Once can use rope, cuffs, chain, leather, saran wrap, and dozens of other things to accomplish it.
This practice is a fetish unto itself, and can cover many forms and areas. People do it for a number of reasons. Some enjoy the look of a bound partner. Others like having a helpless partner so they can do what they like to them (A tickler for instance) Some people feel very safe and secure when bound. There are as many reasons as there are people, just like in the tickling fetish.
