My armpits are the most ticklish spot.
Raspberries to the belly are next.
Then feet.
Then knees.
Then ribs.
Then belly button.

Then, if licked just right, my scrotum. (Hey, you asked).

I had to go with Tummy/Waist/Navel, though my back is ridiculously sensitive to light pokes. If done correctly, I'd have to say the soles of my feet are a close tie for second.
