Well what makes it work best, i think a ler is always happy if tickling, but for absolute optimum results i think the needs of the lee are paramount.

No good tickling pits if the lee is longing for a foot tickle type syndrome.

But to me its always the suprise element thats worked best.

The best tickle session i had was when the ler took his time to study exactly the responses he got from his various tickle techniques, then using them against me..it drove me wild..but it was nice.

I can only speak as a lee, because I have little experience as a ler. Tickling is best for me when my ler tickles the spots I really want to be tickled on. 🙂 I like to be tickled everywhere, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a particular spot. Communication between lee and ler is very important for both to have the best time possible. 🙂
